Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. You agree to notify luki88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. luki88 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by a Member's failure to safeguard their credentials.
luki88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes a Member has violated these Terms & Conditions, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.
luki88 is committed to operating with integrity and preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As a condition of processing withdrawals and accessing full platform features, all Members must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 1–24 hours of document submission during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB).
